Lilly Ferguson, regional marketing coordinator for Haywood Regional Medical Center, completed the year-long Leadership Haywood program, which is designed to develop local leaders while giving participants a deeper look at the many industries, organizations and resources that help our community thrive. She was recognized at the Haywood Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner.
