"Blowing Rock Pasta Co. is the culmination of years spent growing ingredients, making pasta, and meeting customers at the Blowing Rock and Watauga Farmers Market,” said owner Nicole Prickett. “What started as a small hobby project gradually became something bigger. We realized people weren't just looking for pasta. They were looking for connection, discovery, and the simple pleasure of sharing a great meal.Opening this shop in the Martin House has given us a chance to bring together everything we love: handcrafted pasta, beautiful ingredients, curated culinary finds, and the spirit of hospitality that makes Blowing Rock so special.
