Asheville Training Brand Opens with AI Workshop for Realtors

Applied Momentum, a new training and coaching brand based in Western North Carolina, has launched at appliedmomentum.us. The brand opens with AI for Realtors, a three-hour workshop scheduled for June 24, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at the AB Tech Small Business Center in Asheville. Introductory tickets are $99, available at appliedmomentum.us/ai-for-realtors.

The class is built for real estate professionals who have already tried AI tools but want more consistent results. Over three hours, participants work through the tasks that consume most of a realtor’s writing time: turning rough listing notes into review-ready MLS copy, drafting client communications, and building 10 days of social content in a single sitting.

“Most realtors I talk to have already tried AI at least a few times,” said Steven Schain, founder of Applied Momentum. “The problem is they don’t have a repeatable system for using it. That’s what this class gives them.”

The workshop runs as a hands-on workshop format. Participants bring a laptop and follow along as each module is demonstrated, then complete the work alongside the instructor. No prior AI expertise is required beyond basic familiarity with a chat-based tool.

Steven brings more than 30 years of training development experience to the brand and is the author of The Comeback Guide for Entrepreneurs.

Additional classes and class formats are planned for later in 2026, including one-hour lunch-and-learn sessions and live online options.
