The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribbon cutting for new Chamber member Depot Pizza, Wednesday, April 29, welcoming the business to both the Chamber and the growing downtown Dillsboro business community.
Created by the team behind Foragers Canteen, Depot Pizza brings scratch-made pizzas, wings, salads, draft beer, and wine to 42 Depot Street in a warm, inviting setting built for gathering and community connection.
The ribbon cutting marked both a celebration of the restaurant’s recent opening and an opportunity to recognize Depot Pizza’s investment in Jackson County through Chamber membership. Community leaders, Chamber representatives, and supporters gathered to welcome the business and highlight its contribution to the vibrancy of downtown Dillsboro.
“Ribbon cuttings are an opportunity to celebrate entrepreneurship and the continued growth of our local business community,” said Chamber Executive Director, Todd Vinyard. “We are excited to welcome Depot Pizza as a new Chamber member and celebrate their investment in Dillsboro.”
