A familiar name in Asheville real estate, Mitch Miller, has joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Asheville office, adding decades of local experience and relationships to the firm’s Western North Carolina presence.
A native of Asheville, Miller brings more than two decades of experience in Western North Carolina real estate, along with a deep understanding of the region’s growth, land use and evolving housing market. His local knowledge and long-standing relationships within the community have made him one of the area’s most recognized and trusted brokers. “Mitch has been a part of this community for a long time and is well respected throughout the region," said Beatrix Massoti, Managing Broker, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty Asheville office. "His depth of knowledge, relationships and experience in both brokerage and development make him a valuable addition to our team as we continue to serve the growing Western North Carolina market."
Miller began his real estate career in 2003 and quickly established himself as a top performer, earning recognition as the number one sales representative across multiple Southeast communities early in his career. He later joined The Cliffs Communities, where he focused on The Cliffs at Walnut Cove and The Cliffs at High Carolina, gaining extensive experience in luxury and resort-style developments. In 2013, Miller co-founded Mountain Oak Properties, helping grow the firm into one of Asheville’s most established real estate companies, consistently ranking among the top firms in the region for sales volume.
In addition to residential and commercial brokerage, Miller has been actively involved in real estate development, working with clients on land planning and project execution throughout Western North Carolina. A graduate of Western Carolina University, where he earned a degree in Environmental Science and was a member of the football team, Miller credits his discipline and work ethic to his time as a student-athlete.
Outside of real estate, he remains active in the outdoors and is deeply connected to the local community.
“Western North Carolina has always been home, and I’ve built my career around helping people find their place here," said Miller. "Premier Sotheby’s International Realty offers a platform that aligns with the level of service and reach I want to provide my clients as the region continues to grow.”
