Watauga Medical Center announced William Williamson as the new Spiritual Care Director. Williamson earned a double major in psychology and religion from Centre College in Kentucky. He later completed a Master of Divinity at Harvard and also obtained a master’s degree in patient counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. He previously served as Director of Faith Outreach at AMOREM Hospice. His background also includes work in Level 1 trauma centers and hospice settings.
