After
three years of thoughtful design and construction, The Relaxation
Retreat will hold a Grand Opening ribbon cutting event in conjunction
with the Asheville Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. on Feb. 11 at the space in
Leicester.
The public is invited to
attend for light refreshments and to take a tour of the brand new spa -

The Relaxation Retreat is nestled
in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville and is a
private wellness sanctuary dedicated to rest, rejuvenation, and mindful
restoration. It is designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings, the
Retreat combines luxury amenities with pure mountain simplicity.
Purpose-built as a serene escape on six peaceful acres, The Relaxation Retreat was created to help guests and members truly unwind and offers a one-of-a-kind spa experience. It features three light-filled solariums, two outdoor patios, and an array of restorative hydrotherapy experiences. Members can immerse themselves in an extra-deep copper soaking tub with waterfall fill, a full-size jetted tub, a marble-tiled steam room, and a cedar Finnish sauna illuminated by a pink Himalayan salt wall.
For rejuvenation through contrast, cold immersion options include a full-body mister, rainfall and bucket showers, and chilled towels. All facilities are supplied by pure, soft mountain water drawn from a private 300-foot well.
Members enjoy 24-hour access to spacious lounges and relaxation zones — from solarium seating and Adirondack chairs to a heated chair, 4D Zero Gravity massage chair, and hammock — ensuring every visit is as restful or invigorating as desired.
