Trilogy Investment Company Breaks Ground on 73-Unit Build-to-Rent Community

Trilogy Investment Company, a fully
integrated residential development and investment firm, in partnership
with Provest Partners, has closed a construction loan and broken ground
on REV3 at Pinnacle Meadows, a 73-unit build-to-rent townhome community
in Asheville, North Carolina.
The project marks Trilogy Investment
Company’s first build-to-rent investment in Asheville and its first
partnership with Provest Partners, a Korean fund manager, further
expanding the firm’s footprint across high-growth Sun Belt markets.
Vertical construction is expected to begin in early 2026.
Asheville has emerged as one of North Carolina’s most in-demand
lifestyle markets, fueled by steady population growth, a strong tourism
economy, and limited new housing supply. The city has grown by roughly
15 percent since 2010, with demand driven by its cultural scene, outdoor
access, and quality of life.
“REV3 at Pinnacle Meadows represents an important milestone for Trilogy

Located near South College at 21 State Road 3078, REV3 at Pinnacle Meadows will feature 73
two- and three-bedroom townhomes averaging 1,228 square feet each, each
with a one-car garage. The community is designed to offer residents
modern, low-maintenance living paired with scenic mountain views and
convenient access to the city’s core.
REV3 Homes, a division of Trilogy Investment Company, will serve as the
builder for the project, bringing more than 125 years of combined team
experience in residential construction. The team will deliver a
neighborhood that reflects Trilogy Investment Company’s focus on quality
execution, efficient design, and long-term community value.
Situated just minutes from downtown Asheville, the community provides
easy access to the city’s dining, arts, and retail offerings, as well as
the River Arts District along the French Broad River and outdoor
recreation throughout the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, including
the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway.
Leasing is anticipated to begin in early Q2 2027, with initial home
deliveries scheduled for late Q2 2027.
