In less than two years of full operation, At Home Harmony has treated thousands of patients across Virginia. The practice is excited to bring a proven care model that delivers the highest-quality geriatric healthcare to seniors in the comfort of their own homes to a new territory.

Led by experienced physicians and advanced practitioners, At Home Harmony specializes in in-home medical care for older adults with complex needs, including dementia. To support the expansion into North Carolina, the Pisgah Fund has made an investment in At Home Harmony. The Pisgah Fund is an investment fund that invests in healthcare-related companies that are located in Western North Carolina’s 18-county region or operating in the region. The purpose of the Fund is to provide essential capital to help grow companies and create jobs in Western North Carolina.
