Rae Booth transitioned from 20+ years in corporate human resources to launch a healthcare brand in 2006. Known for re-engineering organizations, she created a Senior Shelter System in Delaware. 

Now Rae, who founded Silverbell Homestead in Fletcher, enjoys spending time with her family and grandson, kayaking, hiking, and the vitality of Asheville’s nature.
