New Farm-to-Table Cafe Opened in Downtown Asheville

Brü AvL, a new farm-to-table café located in the heart of Asheville, is now open and serving a menu centered on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Founded by Asheville locals Adam Authier, Justin Neuroth, and Layla Neuroth, Brü AvL is built on a shared passion for sustainable food, community connection, and culinary creativity.
“Our goal with Brü AvL is to showcase the foods, farms, and flavors of WNC and present it with love, community, and fine culinary technique.” said co-owner Adam Authier.
The menu features rotating seasonal dishes — alongside locally roasted coffee, craft beer, wines, & boozy espresso specialty drinks. Brü AvL also hosts special events and workshops that connect guests with the region’s food culture.
The café is open 8am - 10pm at 5 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville NC 28801.
