Ridgeline Investment Partners, the investment firm behind the StayRidgeline hospitality brand, announced the acquisition of a 100-room hotel property in Banner Elk, North Carolina. The hotel, formerly a Best Western, has been rebranded as The Lodge at Banner Elk.

The full-service hotel includes a large restaurant and event space, an outdoor pool, and

a fitness center. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Banner Elk and the region’s top ski resorts, The Lodge at Banner Elk offers a prime base for year-round mountain getaways. In line with Ridgeline’s commitment to thoughtful, guest-centric hospitality, a phased renovation is being planned. The property will remain open throughout the process, ensuring a seamless experience for travelers and locals alike.

“All 100 guest rooms and suites will be renovated to reflect Ridgeline’s typical design approach—comfortable, updated and connected to the place,” said Shannon Maness, General Manager at The Lodge at Banner Elk. “This includes new upscale mattresses with select linens, luxury bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and in-room refreshment stations.”
