Formation PR & Brand recently promoted Rachel Fischbach to Director, Operations and Julia Fawcett to Senior Associate, Communications. Rachel began as an executive assistant to the CEO when she joined Formation 12 years ago and has steadily progressed to serve as a valued member of the executive leadership team. Julia joined the company two years ago after serving many years as a nonprofit leader within the region.
