DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has opened a new location in Asheville, bringing the company’s renowned remodeling expertise and exceptional customer satisfaction to the Asheville community. David Heidrick, an engineer and real estate investor, was drawn to DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen for its industry-leading systems and strong Code of Values, which emphasize respect, integrity and customer-first focus.
“My engineering background taught me how to put systems in place—and that’s a big reason I chose DreamMaker,” said Heidrick. “Their approach allows me to help clients bring their ideas to life with clarity and confidence.”
Heidrick also brings a passion for accessibility and Aging in Place design. “No matter your age, I believe in creating beautiful spaces that work for you now and in the years ahead,” he said.
The new DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen location will be situated at 5 Westgate Parkway, Suite 125. Currently in the permitting phase, Heidrick is preparing the Design Center to offer clients a hands-on experience in planning their remodeling projects.
A longtime supporter of Habitat for Humanity in Hendersonville, Heidrick credits his volunteer experience with teaching him how to collaborate with people from all walks of life.
“That experience showed me the power of building community—something I’m excited to continue here in Asheville,” he added. With a focus on interesting, transformative projects, Heidrick aims to uphold DreamMaker’s reputation for excellence while helping clients visualize and achieve their remodeling dreams.
