PetSmart, the leading omnichannel pet retailer in North America, celebrates the reopening of its store in Hendersonville, N.C. located at 213 Greenville Hwy, which was temporarily impacted when Hurricane Helene struck. PetSmart is hosting a grand reopening event starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 31 inviting local area pet parents and their pets to visit the store and receive a free, pre-packaged goodie bag filled with items such as a $10 PetSmart gift card, pet bandana, pet toys or coupons, while supplies last.  

The rebuilt PetSmart spans more than 14,000 square feet, providing an industry-leading assortment of pet care essentials and must-have items for cats, dogs, fish, birds, reptiles and small pets. From pet food, toys and treats to apparel, habitats and supplements, pet parents can find everything they need for their pet at the new PetSmart location.   

The store also offers services, including a full-service grooming salon where pets can receive hands-on care from academy-trained and safety-certified stylists, Doggie Day Camp, PetsHotel boarding, pet training and a veterinary hospital. The location will also offer pet adoptions through PetSmart Charities and local animal welfare organizations.   

For added convenience, the Hendersonville location offers multiple shopping options including same-day delivery, free in-store pickup and Autoship subscription services — putting pet essentials on repeat and saving pet parents money every time they shop online. 

In honor of the reopening, PetSmart Treats Rewards members can earn 5X the Treats points on all in-store merchandise and services purchased at the Hendersonville location through June 7. PetSmart's Treats Rewards program is free to join and lets members earn points on purchases, unlock exclusive deals, and enjoy perks like members-only pricing and a gift on their pet's birthday.
