The Western Women's Business Center invites business owners to take a survey regarding the effects of Hurricane Helene on your business. Responses will provide baseline information that will be used to request funding for small business owners in Western North Carolina. The survey can be completed in English or Spanish.     

The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. As a token of WWBC's appreciation, eligible participants will receive a $10 gift card. 

Please note: you are welcome to complete the survey anonymously by leaving the "name" field blank. To receive a gift card, you must include a valid name and email address.     

This survey is invitation only. Please email [email protected] to request a private invitation. The information shared will remain confidential. WWBC will only use de-identified, generalized results in their reports and requests for funding.
