Legacy Giving seminar
The Haywood Community College Foundation will host a Legacy Giving seminar on campus.
This event will provide attendees with expert advice from two financial advisors on the topics of estate planning and charitable giving. Light lunch will be served.
Brian Schaefer with Griffin and Schaefer PA will share information about estate planning. Brian assists his clients with elder and special needs law, estate planning, and estate administration to help families navigate a variety of situations. His expertise with estate planning helps clients to administer may estates over the years after the death of a loved one.
Emily McCurry with Edward Jones will share her expertise as a certified financial planner. She helps those she works with to focus on preparing and thriving in their retirement. Edward Jones focuses on serving the financial needs of individual investors with authenticity, skillful competence, transparency and gratitude.
This session will share valuable insights as community members plan for their futures and how they can give back to the college that is the heart of Haywood County. As a special gift for attending this event, all guests will also have their choice of two concert tickets for one of three upcoming concerts to be held at Haywood Community College this fall.
