n the last 15-20 years, the discussions we’ve been having around various generations in the workplace has focused largely on the differences, or what sets them apart. This has led to an even deeper divide in the “generation gap” and has done more to distance employers from employees, rather than bring them together. What we should be discussing instead is how fundamentally similar we all are as humans so that we work on building bonds and bridges, not brick walls.

In this session, we will explore how similar we all are in terms of what we want, need and crave. Building on that, participants will learn key strategies to get the most out of the diverse skill sets and perspectives that a multigenerational workforce can bring.
