Meet Monica Rousseau, a proud native of Asheville and a mother of five wonderful children. She is also the Principal Broker of Realty ONE Group Pivot, serving the Asheville and Hendersonville areas of North Carolina. Before embarking on her real estate journey, Monica earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from UNC Asheville, as well as a second degree in Education. Her background in these fields has led her to pursue a career in real estate, where she can let her altruistic and adventurous spirit shine.

Monica firmly believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home, regardless of their budget, color, gender, orientation, race, ethnicity, or religion. At ROGP, she and her team serve as a conduit to help people find their ideal home and achieve the dream of homeownership.

When she's not helping clients find their dream homes, Monica is busy shuttling her children to their various extracurricular activities and immersing herself in their interests. She is pleasantly surprised that her children enjoy being a part of her real estate business too, and get to experience this aspect of her life alongside her.
