Located on the eighth floor of DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown, The Montford helped usher in Asheville's rooftop dining scene nearly a decade ago. Since day one, the bar has built its menus around local farmers, breweries, distilleries and artisans, a philosophy first established by founding chef Philip Bollhoefer, now Vice President of Food & Beverage for Parks Hospitality. Today, that commitment continues under the leadership of Bollhoefer along with Chef & F&B Director Heather Hickman and Bar Manager Joel Abshier. 

Guests are invited to raise a glass during a one night celebration on Thursday, August 27, featuring anniversary pricing, local spirits-focused cocktails and specials, live music and a sunset toast.
