Four Seasons Home Care Earns Top Honors

Four Seasons Home Care is proud to announce that it has been named the fourth best home care nationally in the distinguished 2026 Best of Home Care® – Top 100 Leader in Experience Award from Activated Insights, a leading workforce and experience platform for post-acute care.
This award represents the highest level of recognition from Activated Insights and is presented to only 100 home care organizations across North America that demonstrate exceptional performance across 10 or more quality metrics. Four Seasons Home Care was further awarded Leader in Experience, Employer of Choice, and Provider of Choice for an eighth consecutive year.
Four Seasons is a nonprofit Hospice and Palliative Care organization, that has provided care to Western North Carolina since 1979.
As a Top 100 Leader in Experience award recipient, Four Seasons Home Care is recognized among the very best home care providers participating in the Activated Insights Experience Management program. This achievement reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to delivering consistently positive experiences for both clients and caregivers.
To qualify for this recognition, at least 10% of Four Seasons Home Care’s clients and caregivers were interviewed each month by Activated Insights. Over a 12-month period, the organization earned outstanding satisfaction scores across key areas including caregiver training, compassion, communication, scheduling, and client-caregiver compatibility. By using this feedback alongside industry benchmarks from Activated Insights, Four Seasons Home Care continuously set and measured goals to achieve the highest level of experience possible.
