C12, the nation’s largest network of Christian CEO peer advisory groups, is growing once again in Western North Carolina. A new South Asheville CEO Forum is launching under the leadership of Thomas Faircloth, Chair for Henderson, Transylvania, Polk, and Rutherford Counties. This second forum reflects the region’s increasing demand for faith-centered leadership development and strategic business support.
Once membership capacity is met in his current Hendersonville forum, Faircloth will begin hosting the South Asheville group on the third Thursday of each month at Quality Point, located at 1 Quality Way in Fletcher, North Carolina. Faircloth brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in operations and construction. Before joining C12, he served as Vice President of a growing organization, where his leadership helped increase revenue by 230 percent. He is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and a graduate of Central Bible College. His commitment to integrating faith and business guides his approach to mentoring CEOs and executive teams.
“Launching a second forum is not just about expansion. It’s a reflection of the deep need for peer accountability and Christ-centered business leadership in this part of the state,” said Faircloth.
C12 has more than 3,000 members in over 400 forums worldwide. These groups provide Christian CEOs and executives with a confidential environment for sharpening leadership skills, making sound decisions, and aligning business goals with eternal impact.
