Briette brings more than a decade of experience in human resources leadership within AdventHealth, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources, Employee Health & Team Member Well-Being at AdventHealth Waterman. There, he championed initiatives that enhanced team member engagement, optimized talent development, and strengthened workplace culture.

“Wilky brings a deep understanding of what it means to care for our team members so they can care for our communities,” said Brandon Nudd, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer for AdventHealth Hendersonville. “His leadership will help us continue building a culture where our team feels supported, valued and inspired to live out our mission every day.”

In his new role, Briette will oversee Talent Acquisition, Team Member Engagement, Team Member Promises, and retention strategies across the region. His leadership will help ensure that team members feel supported, valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care.

When asked what drew him to AdventHealth Hendersonville, Briette shared, “It’s the people. The team here is deeply committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. I’m excited to join a community that lives out our mission every day.”
