PCP4ME, a leading provider of employer-sponsored primary care services, and Mercy Urgent Care, Western North Carolina’s only independent, nonprofit urgent care, are pleased to announce a new collaboration aimed at enhancing healthcare access for employees of PCP4ME's client companies. Under this agreement, PCP4ME memberships will now cover urgent care services provided by any of Mercy Urgent Care's eight locations throughout  Western North Carolina, in addition to the more than 160 primary care physicians within the existing PCP4ME network.

Available to businesses with 10 or more people, PCP4ME offers employees affordable and
direct access to primary care services as part of their employee benefits package. With the
addition of Mercy Urgent Care’s well-established urgent care services, PCP4ME's
customers gain a seamless healthcare experience, addressing employees’ routine and
immediate healthcare needs.

“Our collaboration with Mercy Urgent Care underscores PCP4ME's commitment to providing innovative, accessible healthcare solutions that improve the lives of employees,” said Marc Malloy, founder and CEO of PCP4ME. “This agreement enables us to deliver a broader range of services while ensuring the highest standard of care.”

Mercy Urgent Care operates eight locations in Asheville, Brevard, Burnsville, Columbus, Waynesville, and Weaverville, offering high-quality, affordable, and convenient medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Mercy is set to open a ninth location in Boone this year, signaling its commitment to community well-being and building on its legacy of trusted care.

"Through this collaboration with PCP4ME, we are expanding the reach of Mercy Urgent Care
to employees across the region, ensuring they receive timely, comprehensive care when
they need it,” said Rachel Sossoman, CEO of Mercy Urgent Care. “We look forward to working together to improve health outcomes for employees and to support the businesses that drive our local economy.”

Benefits of the partnership include:
• Comprehensive Access: Employees can utilize PCP4ME's extensive primary care
network and Mercy’s eight urgent care facilities across Western North Carolina.
• Streamlined Healthcare Services: Employees receive both routine and urgent care
without incurring significant costs.
• Convenience and Coverage: Extended hours and multiple locations ensure easy
access to care for busy employees.
