AdventHealth Receives Great Place To Work® Certification

AdventHealth has received Great Place To Work® Certification from Great Place To Work®, an independent third-party organization regarded as the global authority on workplace culture. The recognition is based entirely on feedback from a random sampling of 5,000 team members across the organization who were invited to take part in the survey. AdventHealth is a faith-based health system, with more than 50 hospitals in nine states, including AdventHealth Hendersonville in Western North Carolina.
AdventHealth’s commitment to caring for its 95,000-plus team members – body, mind, and spirit – is the foundation for its “feel whole” brand promise and is embodied in an array of resources designed to nurture professional and personal growth, equipping team members to deliver AdventHealth’s hallmark whole-person care to the communities they serve.
