NCWorks Spotlight and Small Business Tours

Mountain Area Workforce Development Board, in collaboration with NCWorks, is offering four tours of the area’s NCWorks Career Center offices (Madison, Henderson, Transylvania, and Buncombe (Asheville)) followed by one to two small business tours per county, on the following dates:

NC Works invites employers and workforce partners to attend one or more of these events to learn more about the services offered by the NCWorks Centers and the business services offered by Mountain Area Workforce Board, as well as the Small Business Centers at A-B Tech and Blue Ridge Community College.

In addition, the above local small businesses look forward to providing a tour of their facility and sharing details about the history of their business, their product and/or service, their business outlook, and how our workforce partners can help meet their workforce needs. 

Register soon, tour capacities are capped. All events start at 9:00 AM and conclude at 12 noon.  Light food and coffee/water will be provided at the NCWorks Centers.
