The 1927 Lake Lure Inn & Spa, a Western North Carolina landmark and the gem of the Hickory Nut Gorge, announced a new chapter – the transfer of ownership and operation from Lake Lure Properties LLC to Ridgeline Acquisitions LLC.

The sale includes the 72-room hotel; the iconic Arcade Commerce Building; the historic Keeter home and acreage; the lrongate salon and spa; multiple restaurants; professional offices and public spaces, which draw hundreds of thousands of patrons annually. All operations will continue uninterrupted during this transition. 

The 1927 Lake Lure Inn & Spa is approaching its centennial. The properties are rich with history, including distinctive guests such as Franklin Roosevelt, Emily Post, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Calvin Coolidge, along with the Inn's hosting of the cast and crew of the classic 1987 film Dirty Dancing.
