The historic property now known as the Hemlock Inn in Blowing Rock was originally a boarding house, dating back to 1874. The current owners, Brian and Donna Summers, have recently celebrated their 30th anniversary as owners of the mountain inn.

The Hemlock Inn is a favorite place to stay for many Blowing Rock visitors, a well-deserved result of the care and diligent work of the Summers family.
