Mountain Area Workforce Development Board is developing a regional Earn & Learn resource guide on the Mountain Area Careers website. This will allow job seekers and students to find out which employers provide a full-time job along with education and training support for at least 50% of the total costs of said education and/or training or offer a registered apprenticeship program.

Investing in team members is a proven way to increase a company's talent pipeline, improve retention, and provide career progression for all employees. MAWDB invites businesses to share what they are doing to encourage further employee education, and will highlight these businesses on MountainAreaCareers.org for job seekers to see.

Businesses offering upskilling opportunities such as tuition reimbursement, apprenticeships, or other similar benefits are invited to complete the Google form here.
