The Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce announced plans for the upcoming 2024 Intercity Strategic Leadership Visit to Charleston, SC. 

This event offers an opportunity to connect with business and community leaders, both from Asheville and Charleston, to share insights, best practices, and ideas that can contribute to making Asheville an even better place to live, work, and play.

The visit promises a comprehensive itinerary filled with educational sessions, networking opportunities, and opportunities to share meals with community members. Educational sessions will delve into the successes and shortcomings of public policy in Charleston, providing insights that can help shape the future of our own community. 
 
Some highlights of the Intercity Visit include:

• A welcome reception and dinner at Victor’s Seafood & Steak.
• Lunch at Rusty Bull, the only brewery in Charleston’s historic district.
• Catered breakfast.
• Educational sessions with local leaders and innovators.
• Other activities in the city.

The cost is $550 for Chamber members and $600 for non-members. Event registration and full payment deadline is March 10, 2024.
