A recent high school graduate, Emma Elms (18) and her father, Todd Allen opened up a real estate firm in May of 2023. They have grown to 11 agents total and are continuing to grow.
Observing her father as a business owner, Elms' interest in the industry was piqued. She was drawn to real estate, and sharing business ideas with her father, she knew going away to a university did not support her pending career path. The father-daughter team crafted business plans aimed at increasing success for both agents and their clients, and officially opened the doors of ECLAT Realty + Co in May of 2023.
Todd has a strong construction background as well as nine years in the real estate industry, giving the firm a resourceful background to lean on. Elms continues to study marketing and real estate law in order to also be a resource for our agents and clients alike.
The father-daughter pair and their team of agents aims to build lasting relationships while navigating the diverse WNC real estate market. Learn more at ECLATRealtyco.com.
