WEAVERVILLE – Newly established Collab Coworking will open Weaverville’s first coworking office space this month in The Little Mall off of Garrison Branch Rd. Founded by Randee Brown and Lyndsey Simpson, Collab Coworking is a collaborative office setting where you can surround yourself with success.

“Collab Coworking is a warm and cozy environment with all the comforts of your home office - outside of your home,” says co-owner Lyndsey Simpson. “As digital nomads ourselves, we know how lonely working from home can be.”

Lyndsey, a community advocate, business owner, and chief creative genius, and Randee, a beach bum turned freelance copywriter turned editor/entrepreneurial enthusiast, and are both professional creatives who know and understand the value of the middle ground between your couch, your corporate office, and a public space. 

“At Collab Coworking, you get the best of all the worlds in one,” says co-owner Randee Brown. “Working from home can feel loaded with distractions, and no one likes fighting traffic to get to the company office if you don't have to. Coffee shops are great, but it can also be tough to take an important call or meet a client in a noisy, bustling environment. This is where we come in.”

​Collab Coworking will offer not only a quiet and relaxing space to work, but you will also have the opportunity to get out of your house and rub shoulders with other creative professionals and entrepreneurs. Amenities include a coffee, water & tea station, microwave & refrigerator, printing, monthly social hours, monthly lunch & learns and free parking. “We want to make sure you’re excited to come and work here,” says Brown.

Monthly memberships include part–time and full-time flex desks and full-time dedicated desks. If you’re not ready to sign-on for a monthly membership, a flex desk daily pass can be purchased for $25/day. In addition to the flex and dedicated desk options, Collab Coworking also has three private office spaces available for rent.
