The Fletcher Area Business Association, or FABA, is a nonprofit organization in WNC that brings together more than 100 local businesses from Henderson and Buncombe Counties. The networking organization offers its members opportunities to connect and expand their reach through regular networking and organizational events.
FABA will be hosting its annual Parking Lot Party on Thursday, July 13th to provide an opportunity for its members to meet and engage with the public. Each sponsor will be set up to display and discuss what their business does, who they are, and how others can engage with them.
This event is open to the public, and offers free admission, free food, free drinks, and chances to win door prizes. There are typically about 150 business leaders in attendance at this event, making it a great opportunity for networking as well as learning more about FABA.
FABA's goals include providing a common voice to address business issues, act as an informational and educational resource for businesses, support local economic development, and provide networking opportunities for its members.
In addition, FABA also actively promotes local businesses through its website and social media, hosts an annual FABA Business Expo offering an opportunity for the public to meet business members, and host functions and participate in community projects that benefit the local community.
