HENDERSONVILLE – AdventHealth Hendersonville invites you to help celebrate our newest recipient of its Sunshine Award. Brenda Garcia is part of the Environmental Services team who makes sure The Baby Place at AdventHealth Hendersonville is always ready to welcome moms and babies in a warm, clean and safe environment.

Her commitment to supporting our patients and our team members is part of the reason one of our OB nurses nominated Brenda for this honor.

“I nominate Brenda for the Sunshine Award because she is so quick to help our unit. It is evident to all that she is hard-working and keeps a good attitude. We love seeing her smiling face on the unit and she goes above and beyond to provide clean and welcoming spaces for our patients at the Baby Place and they greatly appreciate it. She is always courteous and kind when interacting with patients. Patients have often given nurses feedback that Brenda has made a difference in their stay by giving kind words. She is a valued team member in providing wholistic care and we are happy to have her on our team!”
