Jay Cope and Chris Harrin have been recognized as among Pro Remodeler's 2023 40 under 40 Winners. This prestigious award celebrates leadership, professional growth and achievement, creative problem-solving, and a passion for excellence.

Owner Jay Cope said his plans for growth are to grow significantly in the next five to 10 years, whether that means expanding in their current area or opening new businesses in different parts of the state and potentially the region. He said to accomplish that, the company is working hard on systemization.
Owner Chris Harrin said as a company, they focus a lot on emotional intelligence and how to communicate with people according to their personality type. They use the DISC personality assessment to learn how clients respond, and get a good read on their personalities and how they should be communicating with them.
