Mission Health staff volunteer to support Babies Need Bottoms

The team at Mission Health worked together to help local organization, Babies Need Bottoms. Since 2017, Babies Need Bottoms diaper bank has worked in partnership with community-based organizations to provide diapering supplies for families facing diaper need in Western North Carolina.
Mission Hospital donated more than 10,000 diapers and more than 10,000 baby wipes. Diapers are given out in pre-made bundles of 25 and Mission staff assembled more than 400 bundles this morning for families in need. Diapers and Diaper supplies are not covered by government assistance and infants can use up to 12 diapers a day, costing an average of $70-$80 per month, per child.
