Asheville Downtown Association seeks responses to 2023 Downtown Issues Survey

Each year, the Asheville Downtown Association surveys its members and the downtown community to get a better understanding of the challenges facing businesses and residents.
Surveys are the best tool of the ADA to gather feedback from numerous people at once. Survey results are shared with City and County elected officials and staff. Results from previous surveys have helped inform projects and initiatives like the expansion of the downtown cleaning contract, the addition of a public restroom facility in downtown and the Buncombe County Affordable Parking program.
Business owners - please share with your employee as well. It's important that we get a variety of perspectives. Please respond by March 7. Results will be shared publicly at the State of Downtown Luncheon on March 14.
ADA will not share the names of businesses and associated answers. Responses will only be identified in the aggregate. For example, 25% of respondents indicate cleanliness as their top concern.
