C12, the nation’s largest network of Christian CEO peer advisory groups, has named Thomas
Faircloth of Hendersonville the new Chair of Henderson, Transylvania, Polk, and Rutherford
Counties.

Faircloth has 20 years’ experience in construction management, growing into lead roles as
Director of Operations and more recently as Vice President. His resourcefulness in team
building, creating infrastructure growth, and streamlining operational processes, increased
organizational revenues by 230 percent during his tenure.

Through this experience, Faircloth discovered his passion for growing companies and leaders.
He became a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach in 2021. As a devout Christian and Central
Bible College graduate, Faircloth felt a conviction to involve ministry in his business consultancy services. After six months of prayer and discernment, he became the newest C12 Chair to join the Western North Carolina team.

C12 has more than 350 forums meeting globally, serving 3,000+ members. Chairs like Faircloth
are Christian entrepreneurs with C-suite experience, helping business leaders achieve
excellence through the power of faith-based, peer collaboration.

Hendersonville CEO meetings will be held at the Kanuga Conference Center on the third
Wednesday of every month. To learn more or attend a meeting, please contact Thomas
