Free cybersecurity training at the Henderson County Chamber on Friday, Dec. 2

Founded by Montreat College, the Carolina Cyber Center has access to some of the best, brightest, and most apt minds working to forge the next-generation workforce, the best cyber education in the region.
Their cybersecurity leaders, analysts, and instructors average over 25 years of hands-on industry IT and cybersecurity experience at Fortune 500 companies, international NGOs, regional non-profits, and government entities.
During this seminar, the instructors Carroll and Jakubielski will share basic and fundamental steps that can be taken to help keep individuals and organizations protected. They will introduce practical actions to raise awareness and give businesses and organizations concrete ways to become more cyber-secure. The steps can be implemented in a short time frame with no or limited experience and may greatly lower the risk of being damaged by a cyber-attack.
