Nov. 1 marked 13 years of leadership by President Elizabeth Brazas to the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina.
During her tenure, CFWNC said that they experienced growth, challenges, market ups and downs, a pandemic shutdown and much more. The Foundation said that her steady hand has been a welcome rudder and her irreverent sense of humor a welcome relief and that they are grateful for her guidance.
