Designed to answer an array of questions for anyone starting or expanding their food truck business, the inaugural Food Truck Boot Camp will consist of three days of programming with topics including bookkeeping, menu design, financing, merchant systems, ingredient-purchasing logistics.

There will also be individual coaching opportunities covering a variety of concerns set in a "speed-dating format" with business coaches.

The Street Food Institute from New Mexico will also be present to share best practices for menu development, truck design, and expansion.

Registration will be $65 per individual and $115 per business. Reservations for 10 rooms are being held at the Cherokee Grand Hotel.
