ASHEVILLE – Devil's Foot Beverage Company, the Asheville-based maker of farm-to-can craft sodas and beverages, announced the Soundwave Series: four brand-new non-alcoholic beverages developed for the enjoyment of live music fans, in collaboration with four of Asheville’s preeminent music venues. Each venue has committed to making Devil’s Foot the headlining act for non-alcoholic beverages, while both Devil’s Foot and the partner venues have committed to providing cash donations to local non-profit Asheville Music Professionals. AMP is dedicated to providing education, advocacy, and collaboration for the people who work and thrive in music in Western North Carolina. All four of the new craft sodas will be available at the Devil’s Foot online store, at The Mule, and at select Devil’s Foot retailers.
  • In partnership with The Orange Peel, Devil’s Foot will first launch the Orange Peel Sparkling Orange, a non-alcoholic craft soda, small-batch brewed with navel and blood oranges, organic limes, and the Devil’s Foot signature blend of organic cane sugar and SC honey. Devil’s Foot will celebrate the launch with a release party featuring local band Orange Moon, Asheville’s premier Erykah Badu tribute act, on March 16 at The Mule, the Devil’s Foot tasting room. The launch party is free to attend and a full array of Devil’s Foot flavors will be available for purchase, including the new Orange Peel Sparkling Orange.
  • In partnership with Rabbit Rabbit, Devil’s Foot is launching the Rabbit Rabbit Sparkling Cran-Lime,  a non-alcoholic craft soda, small-batch brewed with fresh cranberries, organic limes, and sweetened with the proprietary blend of organic cane sugar and SC honey. Rabbit Rabbit Sparkling Cran-Lime will be available starting March 25.
  • In partnership with Salvage Station, Devil’s Foot is launching the Salvage Station Sparkling Mango, a non-alcoholic craft soda small-batch brewed with fresh mangos, organic lemons, organic cane sugar, and SC honey.  Salvage Station Sparkling Mango will be available starting April 1.
  • In partnership with The Grey Eagle, Devil’s Foot will launch the ‘Don’t Call Me Shirley’ Cherry Ginger Beer, a non-alcoholic craft soda small-batch brewed with organic ginger root, fresh-pressed sour cherries, and the Devil’s Foot signature blend of organic cane sugar and SC honey. ‘Don’t Call Me Shirley’ Cherry Ginger Beer will be available starting April 15.

“We’re wildly excited for another incredible year of live music in downtown Asheville – and by joining forces with the fine folks at Devil’s Foot this year, we are doubling down on our commitment to creating the best concert experience and supporting our amazing local musicians,” says Mike Rangel, co-owner at Rabbit Rabbit.

“Through national tours, local shows, concerts, events and gatherings, we bring people together in celebration at Salvage Station. We are partnering with Devil's Foot to show our concert-goers and local musicians that we have their backs with non-alcoholic craft beverages!” says Katie Hild, Marketing & Communications Director at Salvage Station.

“Today, we are thrilled to announce an unprecedented venture: The launch of Orange Peel Sparkling Orange craft soda from Devil’s Foot. We invite the world to join us on this exhilarating journey, where every carbonated bubble holds the promise of adventure,” said Justin Ferraby, Operations Manager at The Orange Peel

“Our roots go deep with music - both personally and professionally. I’ve played in Asheville-based bands for close to 20 years, and am lucky and proud to say that I’m still active in this gem that is our local music scene. Music venues are some of our best customers, and were from the very beginning,” says Jacob Baumann, VP, lead designer and co-founder of Devil’s Foot. “We have always partnered with breweries and venues to make sure customers have craft-brewed options in addition to alcohol. With the Soundwave Series, it feels like it’s coming full circle to be the headlining NA provider for those same venues.”

“The goal of the Soundwave Series is really to elevate the live music experience,” says Ben Colvin,  president and co-founder of Devil’s Foot. Whether you are drinking alcohol or not, everybody deserves to have a beverage that is craft-brewed, celebratory, and delicious. Brewing with fresh fruits, roots, and spices allows us to create an almost infinite number of flavors. It’s been really fun to develop these new flavors for each of the venues. They all bring their special sauce to the Asheville music scene, and we’re excited to highlight that. We’re excited to be the headliner when it comes to non-alcoholic beverages in the Asheville music scene, and also when it comes to supporting the ever-flourishing local music community and the professionals who make it what it is.”
