Coley Bartholomew named Project Manager

The Southwestern Commission welcomes its newest Project Manager, Coley Bartholomew.
A WNC native, Bartholomew grew up in Graham County and formerly worked with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service in Haywood County as a 4-H Extension agent and studied public affairs at Western Carolina University.
Bartholomew will provide support and technical assistance to local governments on a wide variety of issues such as housing, broadband, water and sewer infrastructure, and other community and economic development initiatives. This support often includes assisting with project development, grant writing, and grant administration for our partners in the far west.
