ASHEVILLE – The North Carolina Food and Beverage Podcast is thrilled to announce the grand celebration of flavor, culture, community and tubed meats (sausages) at "Bubbles and Brats: A Champtober Fest.” This event will be hosted at Oaks at Daniels Ridge, a brand-new event venue nestled on 13 acres of picturesque farmland, just a 12-minute drive outside of downtown Asheville.

Scheduled for Saturday, October 28, 2023, this gathering kicks off with a VIP hour at 1:00 PM, followed by the main event concluding at 5:00 PM. Attendees can look forward to a day filled with food, beverages, and local hospitality.

"Bubbles and Brats: A “Champtober Fest" is brought to you by the creative minds behind the "Bubbles and Brisket" event series, which has been ongoing since 2021.

Sysco Foods is our primary food sponsor of the event. Metro Wines of Asheville will be the wine retail partner, providing a curated selection of fine wines for guests to savor. For those seeking a bolder experience, whiskey and cocktails will be crafted and served by Southern Star Distilling, hailing from Statesville, North Carolina. Wine offerings will be further enhanced with selections from Argyle Winery, Vintage 59 Imports, and PLEB an Urban Asheville based winery.
