HENDERSONVILLE – AdventHealth is excited to welcome Chris Rominger to the role of Director, Human Resources Business Partner for AdventHealth Hendersonville. Rominger brings his extensive experience in strategic Human Resource leadership, labor relations, and talent acquisition and retention to his new role at AdventHealth Hendersonville.

Rominger earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC and went on to become a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He recently served as the Director of Labor & Employee Relations at HCA Healthcare in Asheville, NC, where he effectively executed labor relations strategy, and consulted on key issues surrounding the WNC workforce. 

Rominger has a passion for serving health care workers, those who daily provide amazing care and experiences for patients and their families. He was impressed with AdventHealth’s commitment to exceptional patient and team member experiences alike. He looks forward to supporting a team that brings whole-person care to their community, patients and teammates.

Rominger and his wife, Sarah, have two young children. They like to travel abroad and explore the outdoors. He and his wife have traveled around the world, which included riding camels in the desert and scuba diving in Thailand! In his free time he enjoys running, hiking, and motorcycles.
